Emily resides in Dublin and is a 19 year old post grad student at ConVal. She is on an internship program with Baker's Station four days per week for 2 hours a day. Emily is passionate about baking, started baking with her mom and now has visions of making this her future career. Emily works hard at the bakery and has been the one in charge of the BOWWOW Biscuits. She loves dogs (although does not have one of her own) and enjoys making the treats. "Working with Emily is always great fun, especially since she laughs at all of my jokes", says Keith Herrick, General Manager for Baker's Station and Waterhouse Restaurant and Bar. "She is a pleasure to have on our baking team".
Besides cooking, Emily plays the trumpet for the Band at ConVal, on the soccer team (which are in the playoffs this year) and basketball. When she is not in school, she enjoys being with her family and camping.

October is just around the corner and the plans for the 3rd annual Boo Night are underway!!!!
This year, the event will take place on Saturday, October 28th from 1:30pm to 3pm in Depot Square and Depot Park. The details are still being discussed but it is not too early to confirm your participation. Please review last year's poster that is attached for reference.
NEW THIS YEAR will be a prize for the best decorated trunk for the Trunk or Treat activity. We introduced this activity last year and it was very well received by the kiddies and their families!!
Please note we will be limiting the number of streets that the kiddies will be crossing. School Street is acceptable, however we will not encourage crossing Grove Street or Main Street. That said, if you are located outside of this perimeter, you can still participate!!!
You can participate in one or more of the following ways for this event:
1) As a merchant or business within the Allowed Area, you can offer an activity inside your shop, offer a treat inside or a treat outside your shop. Additionally, you can sign up for a spot in the TRUNK OR TREAT which will take place in the surrounding parking area of Depot Square and Depot Park.
2) As a merchant or business outside of the Depot Park area, you can sign up to decorate your Trunk and offer treats. You will be assigned to a specific parking spot and the kiddies will come to you! This was so much fun last year and this year, the best decorated Trunk will be chosen.
Posters will be sent to all the schools in the area and within the next couple of weeks, so please let us know of your participation as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued support and look forward to working with you to make this Boo Night the best one yet!!!
